For orders within Prishtina: All orders placed before 15:00 are delivered on the same day.

For cities outside Prishtina: Orders must be processed 1 day in advance.

If the client wants a specific delivery date, after placing the order they should send us the order number, and we will schedule the delivery for the requested day.
