The presence of our flowers on digital platforms immediately increased the demand for online sales. For us, customer service and care are a top priority, so to facilitate the selection and purchase process, we decided to create a website for online sales. We created the customer care and digital marketing department, today our team consists of 15 members and we are very proud of the rapid growth of Grand Flowers in just 2 years!

Working with flowers is a very special profession, which first requires love for flowers and then professional training. To date, we have offered professional training for florists only to our team, but from 2023 we have decided to share the knowledge gained in Italy with all of you who have a passion for flowers.
