Refunds are accepted only in cases where the order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. The client must contact us within 12 hours from the moment the order is received and provide photos as proof.

For orders containing fresh flowers, refunds are not offered if the product is delivered as ordered, since flowers are natural items that may vary naturally.

In cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be returned within 1–3 business days using the same payment method.
